Shipping and return policies for Perceptionist

Return Policy

All items are eligible for exchange if not used or damaged by purchaser. We will not be responsible for shipping costs if purchaser wishes to exchange item for a different size or a different item. If item is damaged upon arrival, it can be exchanged immediately. We will then cover all further shipping costs for that item. Contact us at perceptionistband@gmail.com regarding exchanges.
